Surface treatment of furniture is the most important stage in the manufacture of furniture. We are aware of this fact and therefore use only high quality wood, which assures quality surface treatment. Our company looks for wood from trees cut down during winter, of equal growth and with as few mistakes as possible, which is then adequately dried and cut in our drying kilns.

Afterwards, wood is rasped. It is said that with well-rasped wood, half of the surface treatment is completed. Later on, wood is shaded, which is one of the most important phases in the process of surface treatment. At the same time, it is the basis for the application of the first varnish layer. After the first layer is applied, another rasping follows, necessary for the second application of varnish. Varnish application is a very complex process, which requires a special working place, since only one tiny piece of dust could result in an uneven surface. Lacquering is therefore carried out in special chambers.
